If you are not satisfied with the quality of your resume or have justified reasons behind requesting a refund, you are entitled to a full refund. We generally offer refunds within the first 30 days of the receipt of your final documented service items. To request a refund, send us an email to email@example.com. Please include: your name, email used, and the reason behind asking for a refund. Upon processing your refund, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your request has been approved and processed. Refunds will usually reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
