Communication is one of our principles. As one of our clients, we want you to feel connected and part of a safe process. That being said, we have made it as easy as possible to connect with your assigned executive writer. The most popular communication, method chosen by our writers, is by email. It helps us to chart our communications chronologically along with any change requests. If you need to connect with your writer via phone, by emailing your writer, you will arrange a phone call and they will give you a guide to coordinate a time that works best for you.

Before being employed as an AcedResume® Professional Consultant, all our writers are fully certified and tested. Being experienced in many different industries, we are well positioned to fulfill our customers ' needs with a strong matching writer.

A few minutes after placing your order with us, you will be sent a brief questionnaire providing us with the details we need to properly place you with a strong matching writer.

Within 24 hours of filling out the brief questionnaire sent to you, you will be assigned to a writer best suited for your industry. Within the same 24 hours, you will then receive an introductory email from your writer including a brief background on who they are, some of their experience, and their plan meet your unique needs.

We normally ask that you email any requests to your assigned resume writer when given the rough draft of your resume or other service items.

You have 30 days to request any revisions from the date of receipt concerning the final copy of your resume. Any requests will be subject to charge after that.

In the rare case you are not happy with your writer, you can send us an email to support@acedresume.com to request a change in your assigned writer. We have several writers accredited throughout multiple industries. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to learn more about your inquiry and then match you with a writer that is better suited to your needs.

Aced Resume provides a professional service for resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep and other professional documents that include but are not limited to: cover letters, thank you letters, followup letters. All sales are final. There is no period, upon purchasing our services, where a trial or grace period will be issued. There can be various iterations and revisions for each writing project as needed. The writers of Aced Resume will work with the client throughout the revision period (differs depending on some packages) until they are satisfied with their request items. Each client will be able to receive an unlimited number of revisions within a 14 day period of time from the moment they are given the first draft of their items at a reasonable request.

Contingent upon the client contacting us in writing within 90 days of receiving the final version, Aced Resume guarantees that if the client does not receive more interviews within 60 days of receiving the final version of their resume, we will rewrite their resume once more free of charge. Only certain packages or eligible for this guarantee.
